We are looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualities:

· >1 year of previous work experience in business development or sales in deep-tech

· Willingness to travel internationally to customers and fairs

· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

· Previous experience in imaging OEMs is a big plus

· Master or Ph.D. degree in chemistry, materials science, physics, or related topics is a big plus

· Excellent spoken and written German communication skills are a big plus

· Previous work experience in deep tech startups is a plus

Your Tasks

As a Deep Tech Sales Manager at BrightComSol, you will be responsible for:

· Identifying, initiating, and executing new sales leads through international fairs, conferences, meetings, and market research.

· Establishing partnerships and collaborations for new joint ventures or licensing agreements.

· Gathering and relaying feedback from customer leads to the technical team.

· Developing and executing business strategies for entering new markets, expanding existing ones, and diversifying our product offerings.

· Providing sales and marketing support.

· Conducting market research.

· Performing financial assessments, including cost-benefit analyses and revenue projections.

· Analyzing and managing business and financial risks.

· Maintaining documentation and reporting.
