As a Sales Account Executive at nista, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the most innovative start-up in the DACH region by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships. You are results-orientated, pragmatic and digitally savvy. Even though you may not have decades of experience in B2B sales, you are more than willing to learn quickly and prove yourself. You are excited to take on new and unfamiliar challenges and become part of our success story.

What you will work on

As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets. You are ambitious and love to not only achieve targets, but also exceed them. Your proven track record ranges from customer acquisition to analyzing requirements and concluding contracts with new and existing customers. In addition, you are an integral part of building our go-to-market strategy and, above all, sales culture!

Sales process:

  • Acquiring new customers in the industrial manufacturing sector (building materials, wood, metal industry)
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the added value of our SaaS offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.

Sales strategy:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity and market changes to adjust sales strategy accordingly.

Collaboration within the organization:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Work with Sales Engineers to clarify technical aspects and provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
  • Work with Customer Success to best serve existing customers and sell the ever-growing portfolio of offerings.

What you bring to the table

  • Ideally, you have an impressive track record in B2B SaaS sales
  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills to successfully manage sales cycles (2-6 months)
  • Ability to work in a team and a high level of self-organization
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to take the perspective of users and customers, understand their needs and find ways to create real value at every step of our user journey
  • Enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork in agile implementation methods
  • Independent way of working and sense of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of English and German

You don’t need to start from zero. We are a fast-growing team of open-minded, purpose-driven individuals, built from domain experts in sustainability, energy, and cloud software development. Entering the market in January 2023 our deep tech product now runs in over 80 Facilities in Austria and Germany. Over the next months, we will further internationalize our business.
For this position, we offer a minimum salary of €48.400 gross per year following the collective agreement. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is of course the willingness to overpay.
We also offer benefits such as flexible working hours, a public transport ticket, one-on-one coaching sessions with a supervisor and cool team events.
The official workplace is in Vienna, but remote work is also possible. Additionally, we offer the chance to become part of our journey and shape our company with us.
