As a Customer Success Manager at nista, you play a key role in helping to shape a product that customers love. You are results-orientated, pragmatic and digitally savvy. Even though you may not have decades of experience in Customer Success Management, you are more than willing to learn quickly and prove yourself. Experience:
Experience in customer success management is of course an advantage. In any case, you will have extensive knowledge and skills to successfully form and maintain customer relationships. As part of a team, you are responsible for ensuring that customers are provided with our product in an effortless process. You take customer feedback seriously and interface with our development team to delight our customers.

What you will be working on
Tasks:

  • Helping to shape the customer success process
  • Supporting existing customers and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth introduction of our software
  • Planning and conducting training for customers to promote the effective use of the software
  • Supporting external partners
  • Attending trade fairs and events to represent the company and attract potential customers
  • Actively tracking customer happiness and other relevant KPIs
  • Work closely with sales and development teams to integrate customer feedback and continuously improve the software

Requirements:

  • Completed studies or comparable qualification in the field of economics, computer science, energy technology or related fields
  • Experience in customer success management, ideally in the area of SaaS software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and events
  • Understanding of AI and energy management is an advantage
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and KPIs
  • Self-motivation, proactive thinking and ability to work in a team, hands on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of English and German


Collaboration within the organization:

  • Work closely with the sales team to fast track new customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to realize identified up-selling potential.
  • Work with sales engineers to clarify technical aspects and provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
  • Work with product management to optimize support for existing customers and quickly integrate requirements into the product.
  • Work with product management to bring the constantly growing portfolio of products to customers quickly.

Join a strong team.

You don’t need to start from zero. We are a fast-growing team of open-minded, purpose-driven individuals, built from domain experts in sustainability, energy, and cloud software development. Entering the market in January 2024 our deep tech product now runs in over 80 Facilities in Austria and Germany. Over the next months, we will further internationalize our business.
For this position, we offer a minimum salary of €48.400 gross per year following the collective agreement. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is of course the willingness to overpay.
We also offer benefits such as flexible working hours, a public transport ticket, one-on-one coaching sessions with a supervisor and cool team events.
The official workplace is in Vienna, but remote work is also possible. Additionally, we offer the chance to become part of our journey and shape our company with us.
