We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient procurement, and distribution of biotech products. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Manage and monitor inventory procedures, ensuring stock levels are optimized to meet demand efficiently.
  • Coordinate in-bound and out-bound logistics to ensure timely delivery from vendors and to customers.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, freight providers, and customs brokers, when necessary, to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and seamless shipment operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the supply chain process.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Automation, Product development teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals and market demand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or similar degree in supply chain management, Life Sciences or related fields.
  • Several years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement preferably within the biotech or pharma industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements particularly related to shipment and tariffs.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ERP system – Business Central knowledge preferred
  • Very good English and German language skills (written and spoken) as well as the confident handling of Microsoft 365.

Annual gross salary starting from EUR 53.000, – depending on qualification and experience. However, we offer a higher salary adjusted to your experience and qualifications.

Job type: Full time (40 h per week).
